Rest assured, you are not mad but completely one hundred percent human. <br /><br />I know heaps of people, myself included who feel the same way. One thing I know is that it is generally when you feel safe and comfortable and happy in your life that the stuff you need to deal with from the past, the stuff you have repressed will come up. <br /><br />It also comes up sometimes if you have done yoga, or physiotherapy or some sort of muscular activity. The reason being is that you store tension in your muscles- like when someone annoys you and you clench your jaw and your neck tightens and sometimes when you stretch your neck out the emotional response comes with it. Very normal. <br /><br />I don't know you- but it would seem from your writing that there is a link between the memory that came up and your weight gain. it adds as a comfort, a blanket a way to hide from your true potential. <br /><br />I wish you all the very best - sounds like you have some wonderful transformative times ahead. <br /><br />P.S.
