What are Tortas? I'll have to look it up. I'm pretty game for any kind of Mexican food.

They are a sandwich made with a certain kind of roll, and the kind I like are made of pork roast, mayo, avocado, mustard, tomato, and of course jalapenos....yummm. There are some out there made of steak, shredded beef, shredded chicken or any kind of meat. My brother who travels all over mexico says that he has never had one like they make in my home town. I think in Arizona you might find them at a Betos or los betos.
